Experience in diagnosing electrical issues, installing, repairing and maintaining low voltage electrical systems

Terms

General

If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the service as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost redo the incomplete or unsatisfactory portion of the service free of charge.

After service is complete, we require our customers to fully inspect the service to ensure satisfaction.

After we have left the premises or location of service, we will not accept ibility for work the owner claims is incomplete.

Booking

We travel within a 15-mile radius. Any additional millage up to 25 miles incurs a $35 service fee. The $35 service fee will be waived if the customer agrees to do business with JL Versatile Services.

When making an appointment, customers will be provided with an estimated time for service. Some services require more time to complete; therefore, a set time is not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to change scheduled service times when necessary. We will communicate any changes with our customers.

We reserve the right to change scheduled service times based on weather conditions and /or machine or equipment failure.

We reserve the right to deny any additional demands other than services booked.

Prices are based on service provided and location. Prices will be quoted as a FROM price. We reserve the right to charge based on service type, duration and location. We will provide a set price after inspecting the service request.

A down payment of half of the quoted amount is required on the day of the scheduled service. Customers are required to sign an agreement to pay the remaining balance owed after service completion.
